Mr. Weinkauff's Chemistry Class

I am continually in the process of updating this site. During the 2013 Summer I completely re-designed and re-wrote the entire website. If you have any suggestions or questions, let me know. I continue to work on it as I think of things or other things are needed or become available -- tabs change, files are moved/updated, etc. Please let me know if you find anything that is not correct, does not show, or does not show properly.

If there is some topic or portion that is not covered in anything here or is not covered enough, please let me know and I will see what I can do to help you.

The Notes and comments, etc. are based on: Basic Concepts of Chemistry, 9th Ed. (Malone and Dolter, (c)2012).

Anyone, however, can use this material for any text. All one needs to do is find the topic and the corresponding chapter for this text. One can also contact me with questions and I will try to answer them.

PLEASE NOTE:

Effective December, 2013 I decided to retire from Nerinx Hall High School after 13.5 wonderful years. This was not an easy choice, but it was the right decision at a good time. I was sorry to leave my current students in mid-year, but this was better timing than perhaps sometime mid-semester.

In light of this, I obviously have changed many things on this website. However, I will be keeping the Notes for all to look at and, perhaps, adding those that I have never been able to cover. This is still a work very much in progress.
